You will be part of our global Technical Solution Management team and report directly to our Head of Technical Solution Management. As a Technical Solution Manager, you will work very close to the Sales organization as well as Product, Technology, and Operations.
The work consists of three main parts.
– Assisting the sales colleagues in technical discussions and be responsible for the technical solution/design for new customers.
– Owning the technical solution for existing customers. You will be a part of a customer team and see to that the customer benefits from the development we do and making sure they have the optimal solution to grow their business with us.
– Act as a link between our product and sales departments, making sure that Telenor Connexion is responsive to customer requirements and always has the best services to offer its customers.
You have at least a bachelor degree from a technical program with 3-5 years of relevant work experience from application development and/or hardware development. In addition, you have experience from leading IT-projects for customers.
If you have worked with implementing GSM or any other wireless technologies it will be considered a positive advantage.
As Telenor Connexion is an international company, it’s required to be fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
The role requires traveling about 2-3 days a week, mainly within the Nordic countries.
