ISO Certifications

In 2016, Telenor Connexion became ISO 9001 certified, an international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system. The standard is used to assess a company’s ability to meet statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service as well as the needs of customers and other key stakeholders.

In 2019, Telenor Connexion went one step further in enhancing our management system to include information security. Following an extensive auditing process, Telenor Connexion was awarded the ISO 27001 certification.

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard that describes how to manage information securely. The standard has become the most popular information security standard in the world, with hundreds of thousands of companies attempting to get certified each year. Telenor Connexion was awarded the ISO 27001 certification on our first attempt, further showcasing the completeness of our information security program.

Since May 2021, Telenor Sweden has been certified according to ISO 27001 as one of the first telecom operators in the Nordic region.

Telenor Connexion is ISO 9001 certified. As we are fully committed to improving customer satisfaction, streamlining operations and working efficiently with stakeholders and our supply chain, the quality management system helps us to systematically achieve this throughout our organization.

Telenor Connexion is being assessed by DNV GL, one of the world’s leading certification bodies.

Telenor Connexion was awarded ISO 27001 certification on September 25, 2019, following an extensive auditing process, performed by Intertek, a multinational assurance, inspection, product testing and certification company.

Sustainability Assessments

Two independent providers of sustainability assessments have evaluated Telenor Group’s and Telenor Connexion’s sustainability performance. Customers can access the scorecards from the assessment through these providers or get in touch with us.

EcoVadis

The EcoVadis overall score (0-100) reflects the quality of the company’s sustainability management system at the time of the assessment. The sustainability recognition levels are based on the percentile rank of the company’s EcoVadis score and a minimum theme score.

Telenor ASA (Group) received a score of 73/100, and this rating and sustainability performance is eligible for an EcoVadis Sustainability Gold Medal and certificate. We are rated as the top 5% of assessed companies in the 2023 assessment. Telenor Connexion is part of that assessment.

SupplierAssurance

Utilised by global OEMs along with many tier 1 and sub-tier automotive companies, the Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is globally applicable for all suppliers in the automotive supply chain including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, assembly or retail.

Telenor Connexion received a score of C72 in the SAQ 5.0 evaluation.
