The retail sector is increasingly using wireless technologies to enable sales and payment transaction in various environments. Mobile or temporary sales units, vending machines, ticketing machines, parking meters and mobile credit-card terminals are a few examples of customised integration of wireless connectivity for secure and reliable transactions. Integration of connectivity also means a possibility to monitor and track sales and even remotely change prices according to customer behaviour.
