Customer project management (CPM)

Coordination is extremely important when implementing complex or large-scale projects. To ensure success in this field, our customer project managers have long-standing experience in running large-scale implementation projects and are highly skilled in M2M. Once we start working together a dedicated customer project management team will work extensively on the implementation parts of your project. The customer project management team is responsible for planning, organising and managing resources to ensure successful implementation and completion of your M2M connectivity solution.

Technical business solutions

Based on your technical and operational requirements we will design a technical solution ensuring best possible end-to-end connectivity, securing both the integration into your central IS/IT systems as well as integration into your mobile terminal or device. Service management

On completion of your M2M implementation project our service management team will be responsible for ongoing operations.
